III.Writing in Discipline as a Platform in Education for Sustainable Development

   Writing in discipline is the development of research skills through the preparation of an intelligent research paper. Further, it deals with the latest trends and new discoveries with good models to the course discusses the principles and practice of the kinds of writing required for college students like us as part of their training for professional work. The students gain knowledge on the fundamentals of composition, the elements of technical writing and skills in preparing a research study that helps  stimulate a disciplined flow of thought in writing.
              Writing is the best way to express our emotions. People living in these world uses English language as a media of communication.Writing is the first step in improving knowledge and skills in learning English language.I think that Filipino students should be trained in writing English language in  a correct manner because I believe that English language can help everyone of us to become more productive in our  modern society  today and also to the future generations.

IV.Reflection of English 121

                        We all know that English is our international language.It is the most significant language in the world because most of the people learn and knows how to speak it.Most of the people knew it but only few knows the correct English.

           In my past learning in English subject,I thought it was little bit difficult but when I learned it, I  had proven to myself that it wasn't easy to learn the subject.Difficult in a way that it was very confusing.During  my elementary and high school days,my teachers taught only the basic English.They've seldom taught us the correct usage of English grammar that's why,when we reached college,most of us do not know how  to construct  proper English.At this point of time,I've learned many things in English 121(Writing in Discipline)that helps develop my knowledge and skills about the proper usage of English in communication and especially in writing.English 121 helps us to overcome and face our fear on "our queer language".

V.Integration of Education for Sustainable Development to English 121

     Reading articles in the books,magazines,newspapers and other reading materials and the media brought us many learning that we can applied in our daily lives. On the other hand,writing helps us to cope up in our living world today. It helps us to understand what life is all about.In order for us to achieve this two very important things,we should have a good and quality education. According to the book which I have read,education means "the formal process on which society deliberately transmits its accumulated knowledge,skills,customs,values from one generation to another".This is done through different institutions.

                Learning process is a very important part in every person. Every person should be educated in order for them to become more productive and progressive in our modern society today.They should be well-equipped with the proper knowledge and skills especially the young generations today that will be the model of the future generations.
